Simple lunch

Hello!! Today younger sis and I cooked a simple lunch for ourselves as we are the only 2 people at home as others went out. Heheh I've always enjoyed cooking because I can explore how to cook, prepare the ingredients myself, taste my own food, etc! It's a joy to eat what you cook! Unless..... It's not edible, haha! So just now for lunch, we cooked meehoon soup :)

Here how we did it:

Firstly, prepare the soup!! Boil water with ikan bilis and the yellow beans (黄豆) so that the soup will be sweet and salty enough! And you dont have to add salt, msg anymore. HEALTHY :D

Then soak the mee hoon in water till they become soft.

While waiting.... of course you prepare the ingredients! You can choose what ingredients you wanna add in. But for us, we just wanna have a simple lunch so we only add in vegetables, mushrooms and fishballs :)

Tadah! Rmb to wash them thoroughly~

Anddddd throw everything into the boiling soup!!!! Wheeeeeeeee :D

Within like 10-15 minutes, everything will be cooked.

Tadah, a simple, fast and easy to cook lunch is done! YUMMY :)

Last few days of 2012

Oh yah a sad news is.... 2012 is coming to an end in about 5 more days! Time really passed superrr fast, I can't even... 2012 has really been a really awesome and fruitful one for me. It's one of the best years I've, I think? I've learnt a alot of new things, experienced a lot of the good and the bad, been given a lot of chances and opportunities, and also forge strong bonds with my close friends, my boy and of course, my beloved family. I hope that 2013 will be filled with happy moments, happy things, happy people and may it be a smooth sailing one for everybody! <3

Talking about a new year, another event is yesterday, Christmas day. I hope everybody enjoyed their christmas and of course I enjoyed mine! For both Christmas Eve and Christmas :) Here's some pictures,

Spent my Christmas Eve with my big extended family! Every year we will have a Christmas countdown celebration together. Cousins and I will prepare dances, skits and games to entertain the adults and the rest :) It's always been like that for many years and we all really enjoyed it. It will always be a blast! :D

Then, I spent my Christmas day with my sec sch friends for the 2nd time! :D Though some of us weren't that close but we still manage to have fun, especially with my girls! Love them to bits, xoxo!

Back to blogging

Hello! So, I guess I'm back to blogging!! I've always wanted to create a blog again to jot down beautiful moments that happened in 2012 but I've been very lazy to do so. However, since today I am lazy to do my homework, then I thought I might as well create a blog! I realised blogger has changed quite a bit from the last time I used it which was the starting of 2011. That's why I needed some time to get my editing template, etc skills back. And tadah, my blog is set up! Though there are still some changes and editing to be done to the template which I have not figured out how to. For example, how to centralise the header picture :( Yep, and that's about it, bye! :)
