Family Trip: Day 3 in Zhuhai

Day 3, we went over the customs to China, Zhu Hai! 

On the way to take the shuttle bus, we came by the Macau's Fisherman's Wharf! Pretty place :)

& so, we waited for the shuttle bus in the shade cause it was really hot!!!! Reached Zhuhai and did some shopping there and really, my elder sis and I just want to get out of that place asap!! Really cannot stand the people and hygiene there...... 

yes that drink over there. I vomited (with the sound only, nth came out) after taking a sip :(...

Only this fried udon is nice.... the rest were really meh.

Not tryna be countrist or whatever, but really detest how the people there behave and how things are done there. Haizzzzz, but nvm it's their culture, i've got no say in it. So very soon, we finished up with our shopping and out we go!!!!!!!! 

Went back hotel to resttttttt before heading out for dinner!!! Camwhore time :D

And then decided to have hotpot for dinner! wanted to try hotpot in hongkong but we missed the chance due to limited time so we just randomly tried one in Macau! It was quite a posh restaurant that we entered and yes, we spent a bomb for this meal that wasn't satisfying!!!! :( Very sad, we could have traded the amount of money for more yummy street food, etc :( But nvm, an experience!

The ingredients we ordered! It looked alot but actually not filling one :( The pork, beef, prawns, fish were not bad. The fish was really expensive!! TSKTSKTSK

The soup!!! Grrrrr, wasn't flavourful at all, not like the ones we had at home/ singapore! I think their way of eating hotpot is that they focus more on the ingredients and not the soup. Cause they somehow dont drink the soup but just used it to cook the ingredients you see~ But for us, most Singaporeans, we will love to drink the steamboat soup so it better be super flavourful!!! Well, at least for me :P

Hey the prawns were still struggling and wriggling when presented to us okay, fresh fresh but I kinda had a shock cause I didn't know they were still alive and at the corner of my eyes something just moved!! LOL! Quite cruel to cook them alive :( But it is also the same concept when you go prawning.... sobsob sorry prawns!!!! 

The end of our meh dinner! hahaha we were so not satisfied and not full from it! :( So we went 7-11 to buy maggiee!!! they have very yummy maggie lol!! :P The next time, I would want to try hotpot in hongkong!!!!!!!!! I bet they will be much much much better than this one! 

Family Trip: Day 2 in Hong Kong

Yay blogging about Day 2 of the trip which is to Hong Kong!!! :) 

Took the shuttle bus earlyyyy in the morning to the ferry terminal!

Ootd for that day! This simple black basic dress from H&m! :)

Tickets to hongkong which cost us approx SGD 30 each! So SGD150 just flew away like that for my family lol!

And yes we're in!! On board!!! Morning faces haha! :P

The ride was about 1 hour? I forgot. & I just have to sleep to prevent having sea sick!! It's a super terrible feeling to feel, eeeks

Initially, sis and I wanted to buy the family to try Australia Milk Dairy Farm's breakfast but dad was too hungry so alright, shall just settle our breakfast in the ferry terminal mall! & we just randomly went to the shop with alot of ppl, haha!! Good tactic! :D

Our surprisingly super yummy breakfast!!! Just look at that macaroni soup, super flavourful! Omggggggg just kill me now, me wanna eat it nowwwwwwww :( We all loved our breakfast!! :D

Also, ordered their chicken to try and yes chickens there are really yummy too! 

After breakfast, off we go to our favourite place in Hongkong: Mongkok by the MTR!!! :)

Yay, touristy shot with their train station's pillar haha! Chinese characters can be cool too! ^^

Hustle and bustle~ It's also very crowded in hongkong and the there are alot of cars as well!! Have to be careful when crossing the roads because the drivers there aren't that kind to stop at the zebra crossings for you.

& tadah!!!! Argyle Centre in Mongkok, aka the shopping heaven! Haha there is a huge array of apparels there and there are like 5 stories, so you will just keep going round and up and down and round and still wont get sick of it? Haha! Furthermore, they expanded the place, so there are 2 sections to the 5 stories, it was kinda confusing for me cause the previous time I was there, there was only 1 section so these 2 sections thing was new to me! Yes you can see that the shops are slowly opening one by one~ Most of the shops will be opened by noon like 1pm~

So yes we shopped alot, for quite a few hours but we didn't really get alot of sutffs, but still happy!! & another mission there was to find the Highly Raved Cold Noodles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P

THIS IS THE ONE!!!! Super highly raved! There are also other outlets as well but since we are at Mongkok, we have to check it out!!!

WOOHOO, we bought 2 packets to share. Testing you know~ 

The sauce is really nice! Gosh can I have it now ?!?!?!?! :((((((((

Can see that my dad really like it! hahha all smiles when he was devouring that packet of goodness!! However, we stopped ourselves from buying more because we are heading for lunch at that timing...... byebye :(

This Dimsum shop again!!! hahaha! The previous time I was in hk with my sis and friends, we went here too. So now, we decided to bring our family to try it out!

Legendary chee cheong fun! Just look at the fillings.... nuff said.

& yes, we over ordered!!! We were all sooooooooo full to the brink!!!!!!! holyyyyy....... I can still rmb that fullness.... *pukes* haha! But still a yummy dimsum place okay! All these awesome food in Mongkok!! <3

Next up! Kwai Fong!!

We decided to check that Kwai Chung Plaza because my friend mentioned it before and websites also recommended this shopping mall. It is said to be a wholesale mall but I dont really see them selling in wholesale prices and aren't really keen to sell me in wholesale prices. So.... idk? But the clothes there are quite expensive, more than SGD10. However there are still some cheaper ones.

Though the clothes are more expensive, sis and I still bought quite a few because we liked the designs, not very common, yes yes, go for designs when the clothes are more expensive so you will bear to spend haha.

Sis and her curry fishballs! These were so much yummier than the ones I had during my previous trip! These are spicier and chewier! 

& very soon we were done with shopping and off we go back to the ferry terminal station to grab our dinner before we take the ferry back to our hotel in Macau.

We saw this beautiful English Palace kind of thing so we went there to walk walk~~

2 big bags of loots~ Looks alot and heavy but actually not much leh... it's always like that when shopping. You feel as though you alrdy bought alot alot alot but when you get home and check them out, actually only a few pieces!!!!!!! 

DINNER

We even takeaway half a dozen of eggtarts for our breakfast the following morning haha!

That moment when I went crazy and asked my younger sis to spam pictures of me cause I've been the photographer for them for the whole day so it was my turn !!!!!

It was a really tiring day getting from one place to another within a day!!!! But then glad that my family like Hongkong as much as I do :) *thumbs up*
