SG Potato Head Folk

Last weekend my parents went overseas so we 3 sisters decided to have a day out :) 

Went for sis's appointment and then to takashimaya to purchase the above 2 face products!!!

Holy so expensive but this brand's reputation and reviews are all on the rise and I've never heard any bad things about them before. I came across this brand quite a long while ago and wow, throughout a few months, more and more people raving about it so..... we just had to give it a shot! :O Haha really feel like a tai tai spending money lavishly in taka LOL. All the things there really expensive luh... tsktsk. Hope the products will work for me as well :D

Then, I brought them to check out Potato Head Folk @ Outram, Kreta Ayer Road.

It has the same name as the one in Bali but I'm not sure if they have any link. The building above is the one you need to look out for while locating the place and the dog signboard is where they are! :)

The place's interior is soooo nice?!?! Like so rustic and homely. Sis said she didn't want to leave the place cause it's so comfortable. You know how some cafe will give the awkward vibe cause everybody will be looking at one another and if you take pictures then some will look at you, etc? But at this place, you just do whatever you want and feel like nobody's judging you haha!! It's just like another home :>

These were what we ordered and we were sooooooooo full! :O We had the Baby Huey and Honky-Tonk burgers and we loveeee the baby huey burger!! Juicy and yummy beef burger :) Honky tonk was quite meh cause the chicken was quite dry. The Naughty Fries were not bad and Wings-it were so so. Chocolate milk shake was so so but the Sherbie Hancock drink was nice! :D Can try my recommendations if you wanna check this place out :)

Like what the waiter said, they wanna promote the use-your-hands-and-eat concept so if you want utensils, you'll have to ask for it. Lol sia, only the Asians are using utensils while the Caucasians are all using their hands :/

So funny cause we took a group photo of us just standing still and our heads cut out from the picture and then I sent to my bf and asked him to guess which was me. Because all the outfits that we 3 wore  are all my usual style what so it will be fun for him to guess. But.... he guessed correctly in one try LOL but he said there was some level of difficulty HAHA :P

Look alike meh? No right? I think when we 3 wear spectacles, we will look alike but not when we 3 wear contacts.

I have always love this type of style but always don't dare to wear them out cause I feel like it's so exaggerating??!?! Haha but after that day, I think hmmm not bad, quite normal haha. I guess I've reach the age whereby I need to dress more formally? Aiya see mood one lah ahha!! Oh yah also because I'm out with my sisters that's why I'm more daring in my attire, trying different style, etc :D

I feel good wearing the entire outfit as well cause it was definitely a head turner for the entire day out in town :O Not that I noticed but my sister kept telling me that people kept turning their head to look at my outfit which is a good thing!!! :) Damn niceeeeeee, hehe ofc my idea to match them up like that is also a bonus!! The outfit looks damn lux right haha but all damn cheap BUT good quality ofc! KEKEKKEKEKE :P

Then on Deepavali public holiday, we had family day as usual! Went to shop around and woohoo had Hai Di Lao!!! :D It was all their first time but my second time. This time we went to the IMM outlet and tried the 4 combi pot.

Their service is really impeccable one. At the waiting area, we were all served drinks, snacks, desserts, fruits for free! And also there is a manicure service for free as well. Good hor? I love their wintermelon tea, craving for it..... argh.....

And then we went into the restaurant and we were all given plastic holder to put our phones inside so they wont get dirty. We still can use our phones even though they are in the plastic cover cause it's very thin. Then also spectacle wipes for those who wears spectacles to clean after eating. They will explain and guide us how to order, recommend food to us, teach us how to cook, help us cook, serve us etc etc etc. Always attending to us! Very very good, that's why people are attracted to their good service and kept patronising again and again. 

This time we tried the Seafood soup, Chicken soup, Ma la and tomato soup. YUMS! :) The other time I ate with my bf, our bill was $80+ so it was approx $40+ per pax so we thought for our family it will be approx $200 but then after eating quite a lot, our bill amounted to $168? So it was like wow cheap to us haha! Not bad hehe :)

So these were what I'm up to during the "off days", always playing and not really studying. Got scolded by mom and bf..... tsk.... Right now have to study hard ahhhhhhh.... exams are coming................... BYE :(
