Standard Chartered Marathon 2015

Woohoo last Saturday, love accompanied me all the way to Expo to collect my scm race pack!! It was my first time participating in a marathon so I was quite a "mountain tortoise" when I saw such a big scale collection place lol.

It's just so cool and that was not all of the place, behind there was still a Addidas store and then a longggggg maze of a lot of booths. I kept asking my bf if the maze was gonna end already or not cause like never ending :O

Mine was the 10km run!

Haha then we came across that big long green board and I thought nothing about it cause yah I don't know all these things about marathon. Only till my bf asked me to go over there to find my name, and I was like "MY NAME? :O" And I was so excited cause it's so cooool to have all the participants' names on it! It seemed impossible to find because wts 18,000 names leh. Yes correct, this year scm had 18,000 participants :) It is one of the more prestigious marathon I know, other than sundown. I think these 2 most big scale already right? 

However, we found my name the next moment keke!! And stupid boy kept lying that he was also participating in the run, the whole day he kept cooking up stories which were so fake but he just kept lying LOL!!! Crazy person, and then he went to show me the "proof".... wow didn't know my bf's surname is stanelle.... HAHA really damn silly

Me with my race pack and the singlet! Naish hor???? The cutting damn nice with a special shade of green! Last year's was blue which was nice but that shade of blue nth special so yep this green is better imo.

After collecting, we went over to Golden Mile to try the Thai Boat noodles that I researched about!!! Just give me thai food all day err day everyday I also very happy one :P There were hell lots of drama before we finally reached the place due to the stupid rain but all in all, just thank you for always going all out to make me happy, especially for such small little things :'( 

Haha just look at his chubby cheeks!!!! Doesn't he look like a giraffe??? HAHA <3 his face looks like giraffe while my neck is similar to that of a giraffe, hmm does that makes us team giraffe? HAHA WTS.

$6 for big bowl and $1,90 for small bowl. YUMYUMYUM craving again siaaaa shit. Kekeke as usual, I'm enjoying and he...... suffering due to the spiciness haha sorry babyyyyy you are the best ok!!! MUACKS MUACKS MUACKS!!! always getting your ass burned because of me ahahaha but hey at least you know what good food is all about hiakhiakhiak :P Golden mile is just the one stop for good thai food, the previous time I went there with my jc clique for mookata and it's damn good as well, gosh!!!!

On Sunday, the day of the race!!!!!! Crazy early at 7am+ for the race but the sky was already so bright and the sun was scorching!!!!!!!!!! NO JOKE

Tadahhhh we finished the race! Yay!!!! It wasn't as scary as what we thought, it's definitely achievable as long as you distract yourself from the tiredness which is just MIND OVER BODY like legit! Think of other things and enjoy the scenery! We jogged for 4km, took a short water break, ran till the 7km mark, walked for 1km to the 8km mark while waiting for my friend to catch up and took water break again, and then jogged again all the way till the finishing line!! Under 100 minutes, say yay!!!! :)

Tips: 1) dont be too happy and drink too much 100plus LOL, you will end up feeling shitty cause you will want to vomit and too full to run

2) dont stop for too long, the inertia to start running again will be very high and your legs will start to tighten and ache

Should I have known that everyone will get a medal, I wouldn't have opt to buy another personalized medal. But quite cool right to have your name behind the medal cause the general medal dont have any carvings. Well, they will send me my personalised medal through post and shall just wait for it to arrive first :D

Super shagged out after the run but still so proud that we all did it together yay!!!! :D

First and prolly the last marathon! HAHA I just don't like running long distances lah ok, so longggggggggg (distance and duration)!

YAY I'M BACK FROM THE EXAM HIATUS!!! :)

The past few weeks were study study study study, I think I've never studied so much ever since I stepped foot into uni LOL. So three semesters have passed and this is the first semester that I actually put in effort to study. The feeling of knowing how to do the exam questions is really wow. Sisters & bf also shocked that I studied quite hard this time hahah wts :P Well, results and effort is different thing, but I do hope I will see some results oh pleaseeeee.......

Hehehehe December is already here, jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the way! :) So happy because it's the jolly season yay :D Gonna have so many plans lined up for decemeber and finally can have a well-deserved rest before school starts again next month.... time please don't fly so fast ok!! :(

Traveling isn't on my to-do-list/wish-list this month because yah 1 month is too short and I wouldn't wanna go overseas in a rush and then be back for school again, damn sian lah wth. Furthermore, parents discourage us to go overseas because with what's happening in the world right now...... we are all getting paranoid and terrified of what's gonna happen and where will it be next. Freak man, seriously..... sigh..... why they want to do this to the world. I'm even getting worried and scared for my planned Bali trip next year :( I prefer going overseas during the 3+ months of holiday hehe, have quite a few traveling destinations planned already, just hoping that everything will be ok and please let 2016 be a better peaceful year!

Gonna be exploring Singapore and Johor Bahru this month hehe! Right now, just counting down one more week to the start of my love's army holiday yay!! We can have a common break together, awwww!! <3 

For now, I'm gonna enjoy myself!! BYEEEEEEE

SG Potato Head Folk

Last weekend my parents went overseas so we 3 sisters decided to have a day out :) 

Went for sis's appointment and then to takashimaya to purchase the above 2 face products!!!

Holy so expensive but this brand's reputation and reviews are all on the rise and I've never heard any bad things about them before. I came across this brand quite a long while ago and wow, throughout a few months, more and more people raving about it so..... we just had to give it a shot! :O Haha really feel like a tai tai spending money lavishly in taka LOL. All the things there really expensive luh... tsktsk. Hope the products will work for me as well :D

Then, I brought them to check out Potato Head Folk @ Outram, Kreta Ayer Road.

It has the same name as the one in Bali but I'm not sure if they have any link. The building above is the one you need to look out for while locating the place and the dog signboard is where they are! :)

The place's interior is soooo nice?!?! Like so rustic and homely. Sis said she didn't want to leave the place cause it's so comfortable. You know how some cafe will give the awkward vibe cause everybody will be looking at one another and if you take pictures then some will look at you, etc? But at this place, you just do whatever you want and feel like nobody's judging you haha!! It's just like another home :>

These were what we ordered and we were sooooooooo full! :O We had the Baby Huey and Honky-Tonk burgers and we loveeee the baby huey burger!! Juicy and yummy beef burger :) Honky tonk was quite meh cause the chicken was quite dry. The Naughty Fries were not bad and Wings-it were so so. Chocolate milk shake was so so but the Sherbie Hancock drink was nice! :D Can try my recommendations if you wanna check this place out :)

Like what the waiter said, they wanna promote the use-your-hands-and-eat concept so if you want utensils, you'll have to ask for it. Lol sia, only the Asians are using utensils while the Caucasians are all using their hands :/

So funny cause we took a group photo of us just standing still and our heads cut out from the picture and then I sent to my bf and asked him to guess which was me. Because all the outfits that we 3 wore  are all my usual style what so it will be fun for him to guess. But.... he guessed correctly in one try LOL but he said there was some level of difficulty HAHA :P

Look alike meh? No right? I think when we 3 wear spectacles, we will look alike but not when we 3 wear contacts.

I have always love this type of style but always don't dare to wear them out cause I feel like it's so exaggerating??!?! Haha but after that day, I think hmmm not bad, quite normal haha. I guess I've reach the age whereby I need to dress more formally? Aiya see mood one lah ahha!! Oh yah also because I'm out with my sisters that's why I'm more daring in my attire, trying different style, etc :D

I feel good wearing the entire outfit as well cause it was definitely a head turner for the entire day out in town :O Not that I noticed but my sister kept telling me that people kept turning their head to look at my outfit which is a good thing!!! :) Damn niceeeeeee, hehe ofc my idea to match them up like that is also a bonus!! The outfit looks damn lux right haha but all damn cheap BUT good quality ofc! KEKEKKEKEKE :P

Then on Deepavali public holiday, we had family day as usual! Went to shop around and woohoo had Hai Di Lao!!! :D It was all their first time but my second time. This time we went to the IMM outlet and tried the 4 combi pot.

Their service is really impeccable one. At the waiting area, we were all served drinks, snacks, desserts, fruits for free! And also there is a manicure service for free as well. Good hor? I love their wintermelon tea, craving for it..... argh.....

And then we went into the restaurant and we were all given plastic holder to put our phones inside so they wont get dirty. We still can use our phones even though they are in the plastic cover cause it's very thin. Then also spectacle wipes for those who wears spectacles to clean after eating. They will explain and guide us how to order, recommend food to us, teach us how to cook, help us cook, serve us etc etc etc. Always attending to us! Very very good, that's why people are attracted to their good service and kept patronising again and again. 

This time we tried the Seafood soup, Chicken soup, Ma la and tomato soup. YUMS! :) The other time I ate with my bf, our bill was $80+ so it was approx $40+ per pax so we thought for our family it will be approx $200 but then after eating quite a lot, our bill amounted to $168? So it was like wow cheap to us haha! Not bad hehe :)

So these were what I'm up to during the "off days", always playing and not really studying. Got scolded by mom and bf..... tsk.... Right now have to study hard ahhhhhhh.... exams are coming................... BYE :(

Halloween 2015

Wheeeee hahaha Halloweennnnnnn :D

Last year we went to USS for halloween and this year we were just spending it like a normal day. He didn't even know it's halloween haha! So I decided to have some fun, wahaha and I told him the idea of playing with make up, not expecting him to even say yes. Haha because make up are rather dirty and he dislikes dirty things to get on his face cause his face kinda sensitive so yah.....

But HE AGREED to play!!! :O Hehhehehe so happy!! :D Somemore he was more excited than me on that day LOL! I think he secretly has a girl side?? :O I was telling him "please dont be another bruce jenner" LOL :P

I got to draw him first and I drew him into a cute deer/jap ghost. Then... he started admiring himself and camwhoring hahaha!! After quite some time, he finally rmbered that he needed to draw me zzzz boxxxxxxxxx and he turned me into an ugly clown or idk what.....

He definitely had way more fun than me haha idiotic!!! I said I want thicker and fuller lips and he gave me that indeed. Oh yah he ownself ask me to help him draw eyeliner hhahahahah and to make his eyes bigger!! AHAHA pretty boy here. Oh yes as can be seen, his eyes look way more normal and bigger in these pictures where there is no sunlight..... zzz HAHA

His face was very white cause I put some makeup powder on his face haha!

I said that he looked prettier than me and he was quite excited??!?!! What on earth??!! What the shit?!?!? AHAHA! He kept on saying "really ah? really ah? I can be girl leh" and I be like "no please dont become a girl, i need you to be a guy..."

Clown make up with clown expression ofc!!! Don't get nightmares ok HAHA

What will we do for next year's Halloween??? ^^

Awww really thank you for always doing things to make me happy and laugh so much!!!!! :D For always agreeing to do stupid things with me and for me :') I really don't think anybody else will be willing to put all my weird, stupid, crazy ideas into action! Haha you are really getting the hang of my craziness man and even getting better than me at it HEHE!! I'm so happy when I'm with you, you dumb!! :) Iloveyou!!!! <3
